Ashley Perrott is Head of Pan Asia fixed income within UBS AM and has over 30 years experience in fixed income markets. He and his team are responsible for the portfolio management of all Asia fixed income funds and mandates, covering both hard and local currency strategies. This also includes country specific portfolios, such as onshore China fixed income investments.

Ashley joined UBS AM in 2004 in the Sydney office, before moving to Singapore in 2008. He took on his current role in May 2012. Prior to joining UBS, Ashley gained extensive fund management experience covering a wide variety of investment markets and clients.

He was Head of Fixed Income at Westpac Investment Management for 5 years where his team was responsible for the management of all cash and fixed interest funds. Ashley has also previously worked as Head of Fixed Income at Barclays Global Investors (Australia) for 3 years and as a senior portfolio manager with AMP Investments for over 10 years, both in Australia and London.
