Alan Jones

Alan Jones works as Business Solutions Director Asia Pacific at SmartStream and is responsible for working with financial institutions across the region to improve their operational efficiency. Alan has been with the company for 15 years and, prior to this role, he was responsible for the development of SmartStream’s TLM Corporate Actions solution. Alan has more than 25 years’ industry experience within the financial services industry. Before joining SmartStream, he managed the Corporate Actions, Income Processing and Tax Departments for American Express. Whilst at American Express, Alan managed several significant projects dealing with the inception of new tax rules, implementation of new systems, procedures and business transformation initiatives.
