Alexandre Manakyan

Alexandre MANAKYAN is a Managing Director of Credit Suisse in the Investment Banking division, based in Singapore. He is the co-Head of the International electronic Macro (eMacro) Trading business, and the Head of the Singapore Foreign Exchange (FX) Spot Trading desk. Alexandre joined Credit Suisse in November 2012 to run the APAC electronic FX (eFX) trading book. He oversaw the growth of flow into a market-leading business in the APAC region and drove evolution towards a multi-asset platform. Prior to that, he worked at BNP Paribas for five years across Europe and Asia in FX algorithmic trading as a market-maker. Alexandre holds a Master’s degree in Mathematical Engineering from Ecole Centrale de Lyon in France.
