Cici Lu

Cici Lu is a Web 3 educator and strategist. She has a unique skill set that intersects with TradFi, Crypto, ESG, and entrepreneurship.

To address the need for an adequate understanding of blockchain and smart contract technologies, Ms. Lu formed Venn Link Partners (VLP) to provide education and advisory services; she is the CEO and Principal Consultant. Before founding VLP, Ms. Lu was the managing partner and senior portfolio manager at Australia's largest crypto asset manager.
 Ms. Lu started her global markets career in Investment Banking M&A in Toronto before trading FX and Fixed Income across London, Sydney, and Singapore - spanning both the GFC and Euro debt crisis.
She also has ESG experience, leading an ESG project for one of the largest European Banks, which has galvanized her strong belief in the positive role blockchains can play in impact investment.

Cici is a Sustainability & Impact sub-committee member of Blockchain Association Singapore.
