Hillary Juan

Hillary Juan is a member of the Product Strategy Team within BlackRock's Global Fixed Income Portfolio Management Group. She focuses on the commercialization, narratives and development of the Firm's Index Fixed Income (IFI) business in Asia across iShares funds, ETFs and mandates, with an emphasis on sustainability initiatives.

Prior to joining the team, Ms Juan was part of the APAC Index Equity Product Strategy within BlackRock's ETF and Index Investments team in Hong Kong, covering segregated mandates and index mutual funds. She focused on ESG initiatives to help APAC institutional clients achieve their sustainability objectives. Prior to that, she joined as a graduate analyst and was a member of EII Product and COO team in Hong Kong, responsible for iShares Product Architecture and Implementation projects and business management for EII in Asia Pacific.

Ms Juan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Global Business, and in Management degree from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology with First Class Honors. She is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, an honor society for business students and scholars.
