Jerry Jarrell is the founder and CEO of Vantage Investment, a Real Estate Investment Banker operating in Newport Beach, California since 1984. As Vantage Investment's CEO, Jerry is head of Investments, Project Finance, and Debt Capital Markets. Vantage Investment is a direct lender for infrastructure, clean-energy and commercial development projects, and a principal buyer of performing mortgage portfolios. Jerry has worked between the U.S. and SE Asia since 1997, advising on financial institution portfolio transactions, securitizations, PPPs and private projects. Mr. Jarrell manages a proprietary $775M USD portfolio of loans, securities and derivative instruments for Vantage Investment. Jerry has developed advanced proprietary algorithms to achieve yield and risk control in the Vantage Investment portfolio. Vantage Investment is leading the development of a private secondary market for ASEAN bank portfolio assets, known as the GPL Purchase Facility.
