Phil Cichlar

Phil leads Fixed Income ETF Sales and Trading efforts at Jane Street. He is an expert in electronic bond trading and market structure, acting as Jane Street’s primary point of contact for venues and electronic trading for the corporate bond market. During his 9-year tenure at Jane Street, Phil has played an instrumental role in building out its bond trading desk, in addition to growing its institutional client-facing ETF business. Prior to Jane Street, Phil spent over 5 years as a trader and heading capital management at BlueMountain Capital. He also spent several years at both Deutsche Bank and BNP Paribas as a credit and rates middle office manager. Phil holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Fordham Gabelli School of Business in New York.
